Orders ship via US-Mail or UPS and are subject to their standards, regulations, and delivery limitations. Belt Straps and belt buckles typically ship in 2 business days. Most Sole Survivor Leather products are made to order. Items such as handbags, briefcases and many belts may take up to 3 weeks depending on current workload.
For your protection and ours your credit card billing address must match the billing address on your order. Payment and/or address related errors can delay orders.

We may be able to put your order on our priority schedule. As you know most leather goods are made to orderthere fore the priority schedule is dependent on the current workload of each individual leather worker. Please place your order online first, then give us a call referencing your order number. At this point we can contact the workshop to determine if your order can be put on the priority schedule and accurately look up a quote for express shipping. If you are ordering an item on Beltville it should be no problem shipping it out the same day just place your order online then give us a call referencing your order number.
